It actually is a direct Plug in Model. I got it from MechMan.com. It's 220 amps you can also get them with an external voltage regulator controller so you can specify what voltage you want it to charge at. It came with everything need for the install. Note, it says Minor grinding need on alternator bracket for fitment. I did this but I also had to remove a bolt from the bracket and also grind down one of the flanged edge of the oil pan, so it could travel close enough to engine for the belt to fit on. This was difficult, and at one point I had to take the pivot bolt out for it to fit. If you can find a belt slightly longer than the one I used, it would be a lot easier.
